How to register (For Parents)
Visit our 60-second tutorial video or online step-by-step guide for assistance.
For new Parent accounts, please activate your account using the "verification email."
If you experience issues with your account activation/verification email, contact us at [email protected]
If you selected the “E-Transfer" payment option, the payment address is [email protected] or [email protected] (both works)
For late registrations after the start date, register and select the "E-Transfer" payment option only, and contact the Provider (Program Contact) and DWUL Support ([email protected]) to complete any prorated payment.
Note: If the links are not opening due to browser/firewall issues, go to www.DWUL.io first
Then, search “SD43 [School Name]” or just “[School Name]” for direct access.
Cancellation Policy:
Follow the instructions to send a "Cancel Request."
If you selected the “E-Transfer” payment option and your registration payment/status is still "pending," email [email protected] to cancel.
Upon approval of your cancellation request, you will automatically receive a Full "Credit" for future registrations (email [email protected] to redeem).
If you prefer a refund, email us to confirm: [email protected]. Note: Credit card payment companies/banks charge a non-refundable processing fee (2.9% + 30¢), not DWUL. The fee does not apply if the Provider or School cancels the entire program.
Refunds for payments made with the "eTransfer" option take 10-14 days. We can only refund the original payment method.
No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the start time or after the start date.
All requests require additional approval from the Provider and may incur additional charges.
Please get in touch with the Program Provider directly for approval.
How Vulnerable Families Can Register:
Program Providers and the DWUL Admin Team can issue a Promo Code to the school for families to register and waive the registration fee, either sponsored by the Provider or covered by other available funding from the school, district, or grants/donations.
Option 1: Schools and District staff can create a free Parent account to help register vulnerable families by adding those students' registration info to their account
Use the school or district address as the default account address info
You can register the same students for any new programs in the future in a few clicks (without filling out another form).
Option 2: Parents can register directly - If required, registration can be “closed” by the Provider and “open” when the school permits selected students to register first.
Or the Provider can reduce the number of spots in the program to reserve seats for vulnerable families to register after
