Step 1: Sign-up as a Provider
Go to the DWUL Online Platform: DWUL.io
Click the "Register" button at the top-right
Click the "Provider" icon to highlight it in Red colour
Enter your "organization" or "professional" email address for program contact and registration inquiries.
Read and accept the general account policies.
Click "Start" - You will see a green "success message and verify your email."
Check the email inbox used for the account signup and click "Verify."
Step 2: Verify your Email
Check the email inbox used for the account signup and click "Verify."
You will be redirected to enter your organization info, contact, and the "location, activity, and city tags" (you can update this later in your dashboard). Click "Continue," and see your new 'Provider' dashboard. New Providers automatically start with a "Free plan" to create a free account to list your programs and services in your 'Provider' profile.
If you can not find the Verification and Welcome email, please check your junk or spam folder and add the DWUL no-reply email address to your contact list to ensure you will receive all the notifications to your account.
Step 3: Subscription Plans (Skip)
Note - Please skip this step for now until further notice from DWUL. Your subscription plan will be managed manually by the admin team in the meantime.
How to change/ update your subscription?
You must be logged in to your "Provider" dashboard:
Click the "Change Subscription" button below your profile overview on the left.
Click the "toggle" switch at the top of the window to switch between starting a Monthly or Yearly subscription plan. You save 10% with the yearly plan.

Charity program partnerships with Afterschool Guide by DWUL Foundation:
*Community Partner: $25/ month ($249)
Separate applications required
10% + 30¢ per registration (SD43 afterschool program partner)
For vetted organizations offering in-school afterschool programs
Directly working with the Afterschool Guide by DWUL's charity partnership programs
Must follow the school district safety policies and guidelines
Must offer 10% spots to support vulnerable families
Valid Criminal Record Checks up to 3 years
Step 4: Create Public Profile
Update your public profile to build credibility and trust and allow people to contact you directly.
Click "Edit" from the dashboard.
Upload your logo/ photo (recommended for credibility)
Update organization, website, contact info (as much as you can)
Add "activity/ category tags" that are most relevant to you. What are "activity/ category tags"? They help people find you on DWUL
Add a short description about your organization/ yourself in 2-3 sentences.
Tell us "Why do you love what you do?" in your profile description.
If available, you can use the existing "About" information from your website/ social media to save you some time (copy/paste).
